Nerone is a dressing vinegar of Villa San Donnino, obtained from cooked grape must that is allowed to mature by natural fermentation. Progressive concentration takes place during 4 year in a series of different vats without any aromatic substances being added.
Its production is protected by the skills and traditions handed down from father to son in a family which has always devoted itself to beauty and to creations inspired by the values of nature.
Nerone is a dressing obtained from cooked grape aged over 4 years.
